- Walk at a comfortable pace for 30 seconds to warm up.
- Increase to a brisk walking pace for 30 seconds.
- Return to a comfortable pace for 30 seconds.
- Repeat the cycle for the full duration.
⚠️Walk on a flat, even surface. Wear supportive footwear.

Standing Knee Raise
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and hands on hips.
- Lift your right knee toward your chest as high as comfortable.
- Hold briefly, then lower back to the starting position.
- Alternate to the left leg and repeat.
⚠️Do not force the knee higher than is comfortable. Keep your standing leg slightly bent.
Total movement duration: 15 minutes
