Soursop Juice (Caribbean Style)

- โข1 large ripe soursop
- โข4 cups water
- โขยฝ cup condensed milk
- โข1 tsp vanilla extract
- โขยฝ tsp nutmeg
- โขSugar to taste
- โขIce
๐ Instructions
- 1Peel soursop and remove all seeds from the white pulp.
- 2Add pulp and water to a blender, blend for 30 seconds.
- 3Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing pulp to extract all juice.
- 4Add condensed milk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Blend again briefly.
- 5Taste and add sugar if needed.
- 6Serve over ice. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
