- •6-8 ripe june plums (golden yellow)
- •4 cups water
- •½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- •Juice of 1 lime
- •Pinch of salt

📝 Instructions
- 1Wash june plums and remove any blemishes.
- 2Boil june plums in 2 cups of water for 10-15 minutes until very soft.
- 3Let cool slightly, then remove the spiny seeds by pressing through a strainer.
- 4Add the strained pulp to a blender with remaining 2 cups water.
- 5Add sugar, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- 6Strain again for a smoother consistency if desired.
- 7Chill and serve over ice. Stir before serving as pulp settles.
