- โข8 passion fruits
- โข1 can condensed milk
- โข1 cup heavy cream
- โข1 tbsp gelatin powder
- โข3 tbsp warm water

๐ Instructions
- 1Cut passion fruits in half and scoop out pulp. Strain half for juice, keep half with seeds.
- 2Dissolve gelatin in warm water and let bloom.
- 3Whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
- 4Mix condensed milk with passion fruit juice and dissolved gelatin.
- 5Gently fold in whipped cream and seeded pulp.
- 6Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for 4+ hours.
- 7Garnish with passion fruit seeds and fresh mint.
