- โข2 cups ripe mamey sapote, peeled and cubed
- โข1ยฝ cups cold coconut milk
- โข1 frozen banana
- โข1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- โขยฝ tsp vanilla extract
- โขยฝ tsp ground cinnamon
- โข1 cup ice
- โขOptional: 1 tbsp almond butter (for richness)
- โขOptional: chia seeds for topping
๐ Instructions
- 1Cut the mamey sapote in half lengthwise and remove the large central seed.
- 2Scoop out the vibrant orange flesh with a spoon.
- 3Add mamey sapote, coconut milk, frozen banana, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and ice to a blender.
- 4Blend on high for 45โ60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- 5Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness โ add more coconut milk if too thick.
- 6Pour into chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon or chia seeds.
- 7Serve immediately โ best enjoyed fresh.
