- โข8-10 green june plums
- โข4 cups water
- โขยพ cup sugar
- โข1 tsp salt
- โขยฝ scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
- โขJuice of 2 limes

๐ Instructions
- 1Wash green june plums and score with a knife to help release flavor.
- 2Blend june plums with 2 cups water on pulse โ don't over-blend the seeds.
- 3Strain through a coarse strainer, pressing to extract all the tangy juice.
- 4Add remaining water, sugar, salt, lime juice, and scotch bonnet.
- 5Stir well until sugar dissolves.
- 6Chill for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
