  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out.
  2. Push hips back and bend knees as if sitting into a chair.
  3. Lower until thighs are parallel to the ground or as far as comfortable.
  4. Press through your heels to return to standing.

⚠️Keep knees tracking over toes. Do not round your lower back.

Bird Dog

  1. Start on hands and knees with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Extend your right arm forward and left leg back simultaneously.
  3. Hold for 2-3 seconds, keeping your back flat.
  4. Return to the starting position and switch sides.
