- Push hips back and bend knees as if sitting into a chair.
- Lower until thighs are parallel to the ground or as far as comfortable.
- Press through your heels to return to standing.
⚠️Keep knees tracking over toes. Do not round your lower back.

Bird Dog
- Start on hands and knees with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Extend your right arm forward and left leg back simultaneously.
- Hold for 2-3 seconds, keeping your back flat.
- Return to the starting position and switch sides.
⚠️Keep your core tight to prevent your lower back from sagging.
Total movement duration: 15 minutes
🍇 Today's Fruit

Tamarind
Tamarind is a pod-like fruit with a tangy, sweet-sour pulp that's fundamental to Caribbean cooking and refreshments. The brown sticky pulp is used to make tamarind balls (a beloved candy), drinks, sauces, and chutneys. Its unique flavor is both refreshing and addictive.
