🏋️ Today's Movement

Walking Intervals
- Walk at a comfortable pace for 30 seconds to warm up.
- Increase to a brisk walking pace for 30 seconds.
- Return to a comfortable pace for 30 seconds.
- Repeat the cycle for the full duration.
⚠️Walk on a flat, even surface. Wear supportive footwear.

Step Touch
- Stand with feet together and arms relaxed at your sides.
- Step your right foot out to the side.
- Tap your left foot next to your right foot.
- Step your left foot to the side and tap your right foot next to it. Repeat.
⚠️Move at a pace that allows you to maintain balance.

Hip Circles
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands on your hips.
- Make large, slow circles with your hips in a clockwise direction.
- Complete 8-10 circles, then reverse to counter-clockwise.
- Keep your upper body as still as possible throughout.
⚠️Move slowly and smoothly. Stop if you feel any sharp pain.

Standing Knee Raise
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and hands on hips.
- Lift your right knee toward your chest as high as comfortable.
- Hold briefly, then lower back to the starting position.
- Alternate to the left leg and repeat.
