  3. Return to a comfortable pace for 30 seconds.

⚠️Walk on a flat, even surface. Wear supportive footwear.

  1. Stand with feet together and arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Step your right foot out to the side.
  3. Tap your left foot next to your right foot.
  4. Step your left foot to the side and tap your right foot next to it. Repeat.

⚠️Move at a pace that allows you to maintain balance.

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, near a wall or chair for balance.
  2. Slowly raise your heels off the ground, standing on the balls of your feet.
  3. Hold the top position for 1-2 seconds.
  4. Lower your heels back down with control.

⚠️Rise and lower slowly to avoid straining the Achilles tendon.
