Day 19: Breadfruit Balance
Full body integration with varied movement patterns and starchy fruit.
🏋️ Today's Movement

Bodyweight Squat
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out.
- Push hips back and bend knees as if sitting into a chair.
- Lower until thighs are parallel to the ground or as far as comfortable.
- Press through your heels to return to standing.
⚠️Keep knees tracking over toes. Do not round your lower back.

Wall Push-Up
- Stand arm's length from a wall, place palms flat against it at shoulder height.
- Bend your elbows and lean your body toward the wall.
- Push back to the starting position with arms fully extended.
- Keep your body in a straight line throughout the movement.
⚠️Avoid arching your back. Keep your core engaged at all times.

Standing Side Stretch
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
- Raise your right arm overhead and lean gently to the left.
- Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds, breathing deeply.
- Return to center and switch sides.
⚠️Do not bounce. Keep both feet firmly planted on the ground.
