- โข2 cups ripe mamey sapote flesh, chilled
- โข1 cup evaporated milk or whole milk
- โขยฝ cup sweetened condensed milk
- โข1 tsp vanilla extract

- โขOptional: 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (for extra decadence)
- โขOptional: whipped cream and cinnamon for topping
๐ Instructions
- 1Peel the mamey sapote and remove the seed. Cube the flesh and chill for 30 minutes.
- 2Add chilled mamey sapote, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and crushed ice to a blender.
- 3Blend on high until thick, creamy, and frosty (about 60 seconds).
- 4For an extra-rich version, add vanilla ice cream and blend again briefly.
- 5Taste and adjust sweetness with more condensed milk if desired.
- 6Pour into tall glasses and top with whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg.
- 7Serve immediately with a thick straw or spoon.
